I installed new head bearings in my bike - the steerer tube seems a little too large for the cups though. They don't sit tight, they are slightly too small. Last time I put electrical tape on the cups where they go into the steerer tube. Just wondering why is this so? And what to do about it? Glue? Tape? Can you get larger cups?
