Hey all,
No idea if people post this kind of thing here, so apologies if I'm out of line... but...
I just did a weekend trip to Niagara Falls and rode there and back, too. Not much to take account of, I rode with a much slower paced friend, which draw the ride out longer, but it was very enjoyable. My friend didn't ride back so I was able to ride at both paces, an interesting comparison.
My routes were:
Going there:

Coming back:

Coming back is the return leg of the TBN (Toronto Bicycle Network)s '07 Hairshirt route.
I have a bunch of photos, but I haven't yet put them into a nice pretty format (other than on Facebook) but here's the index of them:

The journey stats as per my cyclocomputer are:
Going there:
Total distance covered: 99.1 miles
Time cycled: 8 hours 17 minutes.
Average speed: 12.0mph
Coming back (this didn't include the milling around downtown first, only from Rainbow Bridge onward):
Total distance covered: 102.4 miles
Time cycled: 6:07:51
Average speed: 16.7mph
