thanks for those suggestions...i'll have to try those out this week...i ended up buying a mini trangia to go along with my trangia spirt stove (white pot stand)...they are pretty small and it seems nice to have 2 burners, one dedicated just for bringing water to a boil and another for heating/frying....

any other 2 stove tourists?
