I think you're right. I have Endurolytes powder, but I couldn't take it on the ride. I added an extra scoop of Cytomax to every bottle of Cytomax they had at the station, but I don't think the quantity of electrolytes was sufficient. A scoop of Cytomax has 120 mg of Sodium and 60 mg of Potassium. I think I needed more.

Interestingly, Endurolytes capsules are very meager in the amount of electrolytes. One capsule has but 40 mg of Sodium for example.

At Bodybuilding.com I found this replacement tablet, which has many times as much electrolytes as Endurolyte capsules, for a cheaper price. One tablet has 1293 mg of Sodium and 540 mg of Potassium. I think these tables combined with pushing more fluids could have kept me out of trouble.
