To mount the torch you slide it into the plastic shell and secure it with the o-rings. Then to mount it to the bike you slide the plastic shell onto the a clip that goes around your handle bar.

It's pretty easy to make yourself, just need to be patient when filing out the shell. You don't need me to make it
