I don't wanna "discount your efforts", but if you wanted to impress someone with your ability...I wouldn't have posted those stats.

I'm sure that as you stick with the sport, enjoy it more and more, and hone your technical skills...you'll increase your speed. I wish I had a "state champion body builder" to give me advice, but I fear his/her advice would be inaplicable to my goals. I would become bulky/heavy instead of fast. I could be wrong though.
