Anyone ever get their service done here? Geez... i'm getting mixed results with these guys. Im definitely buying my own set of tools... and learn how to adjust my own derailleurs. They screwed up taking a race crown off a fork... totally dropping any resale value it had left in it. I understand these guys are in a rush and whatnot but I wish they would take better care of the bikes they work on so it comes back to the owner the same way it was left in.

Anyone else have any experience with these guys?
