You need a cartridge bearing removal tool...If you bring the wheel down I will pop em out for you. Installing em
can be done without the proper installation tool but it can be tricky. Use the axle and locknuts with some big washers as a press. Place the old bearings against the new ones to prevent damage to the new ones. You cant press em in using just the locknuts as any excess pressure on the inner race of the bearing will damage it.
