The lock ring and adjustable cup can both be removed with a punch and hammer, just make sure you are trying to turn them the correct direction to losen them. If you have a big enough adjustable wrench, you can use that to remove the fixed cup.
Be fore warned, using a punch and hammer can casue damage to the lock ring and/or cup. Be gentle as posible.
