Is FS 'fully suspended' or 'front suspension'?

There are a few mass-production MTBs that could qualify. Off the top of my head, the SE Descender (rear suspension only) would be one of the first, Girven/Proflex, Manitou, Moots, Moulton, Slingshot and Softride were all within a few years.
