Let's just break this down into Haiku for ya...

One heavy rider,
elbows lock'd, collar bones sag.
Wrists pronated out.

Bad bicycle fit,
must raise bars for a clydesdale.
Reduce stress on arms.

Thirty push-ups do,
each and everyday til strong.
Then, pain go away.
