thanks for the response. I am only considering the Trek 7.6Fx for training purposes. If I start doing tri's I would purchase a road bike of some kind. My brother is recommending the trek for training for the next year. Does that advance make sense. I test road one and liked the feel of it and the cost is only $899. Tim
