It's not really "soy as a carcinogen" argument that concerns me. Rather it's the very real fact that it limits mineral uptake, increases the odds of developing osteoporosis (which is already a concern for cyclists) and decreases testosterone levels by 10% while raising estrogen levels. If you think that's not a big deal, especially in the still developing body of a 15 year old i'll just have to disagree with you and leave it at that.
