I have an old 1963 Typhoon, and I am debating whether to paint or powder coat the frame. What would you guys recommend? I am looking for low cost and durability. All of the original parts will be cleaned but put back on, so there is still going to be some rust on the old parts. Therefore, not a whole lot of glamour on this bike but I would still like to have a good-looking frame.
