During the '96 Olympics, BMW provided cars, motorcycles, and bicycles for the staff to ride around in/on. A place called Blue Moon Cycles ended up with some of the bikes, and were for sale for about $350. I said to my self, "Where would I get parts for a BMW bicycle in 10 years"? So I passed, and now own lots of Schwinns that parts are obtainable for. There was no info about who made the bicycles.

All the bicycles and motorcycles were returned to BMW after the Olympics, but some cars were "missing".
