My IRO's BB was close to being OK, but the head tube was not. Quite a bit of metal was shaved off to make the ends parallel.

Spend the $$$(beers) to get the frame right. You'll thank yourself later.

BTW, Don't look at your frameset too long. The paint will flake off(in fear of you).
