In 1993 my wife purchased a Litespeed Ultimate, through Colorado Cyclist, for me. At the time I remember Litespeed offering a lifetime warranty to the original owner. The frame has since cracked and I am trying to warranty it. Now...Litespeed is owned by American bicycle Groups and I have been told the warranty on frames before 1996 was only five years. Does anyone have any paperwork or a catalog from Colorado cyclist for that year which states otherwise. Since the bike was a gift I did not get any of the paperwork and my wife did not keep the paperwork. If anyone has any other suggestions...I'm listening...Thanks
