Well...I tried to be as brief as possible in my first post. This is actually the second time the frame has cracked. The first time the crack was inside the chain stay out from the bottom bracket on the non drive side. I actually got the frame warrantied then (1998-2000), but Litespeed sold the company after that. No one seems to have a record of that warranty...not Litespeed or the bike shop I used.

This time the frame cracked on the seat tube just above the front derailuar. I have three other friends, who also bought their Litespeeds in 1992 and 1993 where there frames cracked in the same place as mine did this time. They are checking for warranty information for me as well but do say the lifetime warranty was one of the reasons they bought their frames in the first place.

I have also called Colorado Cyclist looking for help. According to the person I spoke with they alos think that a Litespeed titanium frame was and always has been a lifetime warranty. Thay are looking for and old catalog for me. I was initially told they did not have one from back then but asked them to look just to be sure.
