What an odd commute. Something strange is in the air today.

I stopped at a 4 way stop after making it to the stop shortly before a large pickup. Maybe a sec before.
Anyways I performed my usual split second trackstand and accelerated away from the stop. The pickup driver proceeded to yell that I should stop and flipped me the bird. The issue was not that I performed a short trackstand while coming to a stop but the fact that it forced him to stop. Smiled and continued on my way. No point in arguing with a redneck.

Later on a MUP I slowed down and yelled on your left to a rider on a bmx bike. He had been swerving side to side like a drunk or someone on drugs. As I passed him I looked to my right and he glanced over once and then again. After I passed I heard him run off the trail down a small drop into a bunch of weeds alongside the trail. He looked none too friendly while pushing his bike back on to the trail. That is the single oddest reaction I have had to an "on your left".
