You need to talk to the right person at work, or use the right approach. if your company has a health and safety coordinator, or Workers Injury Insurance coordinator, than they are the person to talk to, because wellness can lead to fewer injuries, and less severe injuries when they do occur. If your office is unionized, then talk to your shop steward, it may be something that can be used at negotiation time, especially if the company benefits as much as the employees.

The right approach, is that employees who are well will have fewer sick days, and have better productivity, then employees who are not, that saves the company money, often reducing the average number of sick days from 5 per employee to 4 can save the company much more then the cost of a wellness program.
