I've just picked up a kuota Kharma yesterday, I'm 187cm tall with 88cm inseam, the lbs sized me to a large which has a 55cm top frame and I have a 12cm stem and 40mm of spacers on the head tube. I was convinced I was an XL (57cm TT) but if anything I need to shorten the stem to reach the hoods comfortably. The bars are about 2-3" below the seat. I did 18 miles last night and it feels very comfortable.
