Hoss, Sasquatch, bigfoot are all based on similar designs. They will all handle you fine. Its the parts that you need to worry about. You are gonna smoke through rear wheels and bottom brackets...the more you invest now the less you will spend later.
BTW I am 270 and ride a Kona Roast 2002 which IS th exact same as the hoss 2004.

I would reread. Typically aluminum fatigues well before steel. Unless the steel is raw or not take care of.
