Do you understand the concept of a simple question? I will ask it again. If it is so easy to dope and get away with it then why are the riders getting caught doping? There are 50 people at least on this forum that will tell you about all of the masking agents and how easy it is to fool the testers yet riders are testing positive.

If you look at the riders getting caught I see a trend. The trend is desperation. Floyd bonked then rode the stage of his life. Positive.

Vino was getting smoke this year, won two stages positive.

Soler comes out of nowhere has a chance at the KOM jersey positive.

You're right that desperation on the part of the team or individual plays a role here, but so do mistakes. This is not an exact science - no one is doing controlled studies on how much [insert drug of choice] a healthy athlete can take before vigorous exertion without having it show up on a test later in the day. So the teams are figuring it out as they go along.
