you all are forgetting that dogs in france are like cows in india. they come and go when and where they please, it's part of the culture. no excuse for someone not holding on to the damn thing for the like 45 seconds the rides roll through, but c'est la vie en france..
Yeah, when I lived over there, it took a bit of adjusting to the dogs coming to the restaurant with the owner. Walk in for dinner and there's like 10 dogs lying around.
