Are you frekin kidding me dude. Your saying this is the riders fault he got hit? I watched the video and he had barely any time to move out of the way. They seemed to be going 25+ mph when he got hit. Can you avoid something that quickly? It's the owners fault.
Might not hurt to read the first 2/3 of a sentence before responding.....

In this case, it didn't look like he had much chance to avoid the dog (unlike in the first crash). I still say that this is not a dog owner issue, but rather an idiot human issue. All kinds of morons cause racers to crash. Some of these people just happen to own dogs.
