You actually have to write a letter to the government of Canada (sorry, don't remember which part) with the documentation of what you bought and why you think you should be refunded your money. All within 7 days upon receiving the parcel I believe. They're really monopolistic about it and most people don't bother because it takes a good 6mo to get your money back... (someone correct me if I'm wrong or throw me the web page dealing with it) I hate customs... $15 customs/taxes for $50 pedals? :-/
