My new bike came with rubber rim tape. High pressure clinchers plus 185 pound me at high speed=shifting rim tape. Shifting rim tape=blown inner tube-twice. Today is Sunday, LBS is closed....I can't ride my new bike. I had this same problem with my old fix. I installed those hard plastic type rim tapes the pros run, no more flats. I'm gonna get some tomorrow, but I wanted to ride tonight.
Sucks. I guess I'll ride my chopper instead.
