Um, I'm not in the US.

The last package I had shipped from the States to Latvia, where I live, had a declared value of USD300 which I paid 18% VAT and around 5% duty on, and a shipping cost of USD174 which I also had to pay 18% VAT on! WTF? VAT on shipping when entering the country? Complete BS.
