I bought a Moto to commute with thru an eBay seller who was I'm sure related to BD. It's alright, one smidgen better than the dept stores. Fine for now, and enough bike to get me interested in riding distance. But this shilling is embarrassing, it turns me right off of buying from then again. I work in an unrelated field, and have made significant marketing impact by hanging out at online communities that are related to my product. But I use my real name and who I represent right out there to see. Anything short of that is disrespectful, and if you don't respect your customers, how can you respect yourself? Just mho.
