I use this http://www.weightbydate.com/index.html Weight by date is the coolest program I have ever used it tracks everything and allows to plan ahead your meals to see what your eating. I have been using it since the begining of the year and with it's help and sticking to my 1500 calorie a day diet and then working out each day, I have lost 51 pounds as of today and I should have the 100 off by the end of the year which was my goal and man do I feel good!
