So I took the hubs in to get built up, the lady working at the counter seemed as excited as I was.

So here is how what I decided,

Black double butted spokes,
radial front
3x rear
black open pro
silver phil's


Price for the build is going to be 160, I hope it will be from the guy who built wheels at Quality for many years, but I am not sure.

So
Hubs 205
Rims 80
Build 160
Total spent will be 445 before cog, rimstrip, tires, etc.

Funny how my wife is begining to raise an eye when I explain to her that my riding my bike to work actually saves us money...
