Your free to shop where you want,and actually besides a tune up once a year you do not need to visit your shop often.I had a similar problem when I bought my new bike 2 LBS's had two different bikes I was looking at ,one place was super nice and one was not,I work hard for my money why give it to a****** so the nicer place got my money..
