I think part of me is still alittle scared. I wore my cycling shoes yesterday to get myself inthe mood. I've got quite a great bit of inspiration from this forum site though to be hoenst, its keeping me connected. Ithink without this website, I probably would be digruntled and bitter. But I sitll check it everyday and listento what people are saying either to me or about other threads. Its great...

ScheiberBike: What the hell am I complaining about? I think its inspirational that you've foud away. Thats totally the way to carry on in life with all the hard crap that comes our way: cope. In whatever manner: cope. And thats exactly waht you do when you get on your bike.
I think for now I will ehad my doctors advice, I am sure they will tell me that I can start biking soon...I hope. I plan to hit some grass first before tackling downtown toronto, and some knee pads, to make myself feel safe, as my knee as all mangled as yet. Theres nothing I can do for my wrists, which is the area I damaged. So I figure, just get back on the horse..
