1350g with Dura-Ace hubs? Probably not.

If you want a non-box rim, open pro's are out. Look in to the Niobium Rim. 30mm deep and 450 grams. My kick-ass LBS in Tucson, AZ sells them online. http://fairwheelbikes.com/index.php?...roducts_id=264

If you're going as light as possible go with DT Revolutions, or an equivalent wheel smith spoke (usually cheaper)

Hubs? There are a lot of light weight hubs. I'm not real up to date on what's super light, but not super expensive.
