The Niobium 25mm rim is a good choice... solid and inexpensive, and aero enough (~430g). There just aren't many aluminum tubies out there, and they tend to be heavier than they need to be. Use CX-Rays or Aerolite spokes for the aero benefit... with the Nio25 you won't need too many. Go with White Industries hubs... much lighter than DA and the Ti cassette body is good for Shimano.
