It has helped me a lot. Really focused my training. Allowed me to determine what positions were good (or not) for most power output. Helps me pace during races (TTs and breakaways). Also, mostly tells me without a shadow of doubt that I suck.

My other alternative is to beat you to death with my Zipp 404s, but:
A) They are too light and
B) I am not strong enough to lift them.
