Thanks again KevinV!!!!

This took all of about 5 minutes. I removed the Delta hitch that I had on the top of the bed immediately behind the cab. Those holes measured the exact same distance apart as the holes in the expansion increments for load hauler I picked up from Harbor Freight Tools Mounted it with some spare bolts, washers and nuts. Extended the bar to the bed width of my truck and whammo! It's installed.

Total invested. $12 for the load hauler. $19 years ago for the delta trap. Nuts and bolts were spares from the toolbox.
