I've been using that for about a year now, and I like it a lot. Not completely waterproof, but I think the laptop's protected enough for all but an extended ride in a severe downpour. Or just wrap it in a plastic bag first, and do the same for your other stuff. Or, they have waterproof shell you can purchase to go with it.
