Assuming that the ordering is the easy part, and it's the packing and delivery that are difficult, then if you are serious about another group buy, you should start organizing it now. If it got started immediately and took orders until September, then the bikes would conceivably arrive January/Feburary, when Tony will have the time to handle it. It sounds like if you miss that window, you're looking at least a year for another group buy.
