Wouldn't hurt to try, just give them a call. However, as much as I love Aliantes, well actually Fizik in general, I have given up on them. I have owned five of their saddles and I very rarely ever get one to last over a year.
They only last a year? That is crazy! For the price of a Fizik, I would expect them to last much longer.
