Hello,
I've been riding for like 2 months now but lately I started to push myself. The problem is that every time I push, do intervals , my right side just above the apendix(? spelling?) hurts bad. So I slow down for like 5 min and the pain goes away and then again when I sprint out after like 2 miles the pain comes back.
Is this because I am a new to biking? will it go away in time? Or is it something wrong with me?
