How much do you weigh? The Aliante with carbon rails is not intended for heavier riders and has a recommended weight limit. Heavier riders should be using the model with ti rails.

That said, Fizik might replace the saddle, particularly if you are not over the weight limit. I contacted them about premature wear on the saddle cover and they said they would replace mine if I mailed it back to them, however, I was able to exchange for a new one at the store I bought it instead.
