Oddly enough, maybe the least painful position to be in was hunched over on my bike. Take as little advil as effective on a daily basis. As it builds up in your system, you'll do better and better with the pain.

Thanks for the info. What is a "lung pushup? Also, what do you mean when you say that the least painful postiton was hunched over on my bike? Did you set your bike up on a trainer? I did 35 minutes last night on a stationary bike at my gym, I found I could put my good (left) arm foward as if on the drops. The injured side (my right side) I put on the standard bar, more of an upright position.
