I have Arkel T-42s and T-28s that I like and which have traveled over 1000 miles. I have raincovers for them. I purposefully didn't get the largest size, to help myself pack efficiently. I have had no problems with them whatsoever, don't dislike anything about them, and hope they last 20 years (I don't see why they won't).
