No I did not figure out what it is. All the guy knows that I got it from was that it was Italian made and from late 80's early 90's my guess is early 90's. I don't know if these were factory seconds at one time and were put aside for what ever reason. There is a very minor bubbleing in the paint on the down tube lug. It's hardly noticable but perhaps that would make it a second? The frame was slightly out of alignment acording to my string test (about 1mm) so I cold set it back into alignment. Now it's in the shop getting a headset and a BB. They did'nt have any Italian BB's so it's on order...
