How do they avoid cheating in Keirin? I've always wondered if it is all just a pack of cheaters throwing races all day. Does anyone know of any big cheating scandals over there?
The racers live in a dormitory and are basically only allowed to go out, make phone calls, etc. at certain times of the day. Their lives are very closely monitored to try to prevent cheating.
