cinelli tape works well, but it gets thrashed pretty easily. i've got glow in the dark fabric paint on mine, which is suuuper handy when i'm trying to quietly come home at 3am without slamming into the coffee table.
my mavic pusuit bars are unwrapped. i never ride too seriously with those on, though.
