Atleast they didn't ask you for a 500 dollar non-refundable downpayment to build a bike in your size like one of the LBS in Manhattan asked of me over the weekend...and I'm talking a 54cm, pretty popular size, oh...I could "transfer" the money to another bike if I wanted...but what if that bike was in someone elses shop?!?!? lol. What a scam.
