It also has some very powerful tools for networking, and it comes with the iMac. Things like tcpdump, snmp, ssh, web server (apache), nmap ... that'll take you a couple of hours of downloading on the PC, where you have it at your disposal on the mac. Plus, I find that neooffice (open source app, meaning you can download it free!

)can open just about any office document, without needing any conversion tool. Some toy, eh?
