Not sure to be honest. I just know that I recently bought a set of new version black Sugino 75s from my LBS. Was going to get a UN series BB, but the guy told me that both Sugino (directly) and Phil Wood confirmed that 75s were campy/ISO taper. The general consensus WAS that they were JIS, which would make sense. But if Sugino is saying that they are ISO, well, they don't have a reason to lie.
